Vegetable Dip with dōTERRA Basil and Oregano Essential Oil

 *Be sure you are only using dōTERRA essential oils for these recipes.  doTERRA's oils are CTPG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) and can be used internally.  Other essentials oils can not.  If you'd like to purchase the oils for this or any other recipe please visit my website www.nurturewithoils.com 


1 clove garlic, peeled finely minced
2 green onions or 1/2 small onion, finely minced
2 baby carrots, minced
1/2 red bell pepper, minced
1 cup sour cream (regular or light)
1 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
Dash salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 drop doterra oregano oil (use a toothpick dipped into the essential oil then stir into the dip) or more to taste- this is super strong so be careful only do a tiny bit at a time.
1/2 drop doterra basil oil (use a toothpick dipped into the essential oil then stir into the dip) or more to taste
Fresh basil for garnish. Mix all ingredients. Chill before serving.
