Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes

Makes 4–6 Servings

Ingredients:
16–24 red potatoes, washed and dried
1/2–3/4 c. all-natural ranch dressing
1 drop ea. rosemary and oregano essential oils
2 Tbs. garlic powder
1–2 tsp. smoked paprika
Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450° F. Dice potatoes into 1” pieces, and place them in a 9” x 13” baking pan. Blend the essential oils with the ranch dressing, and toss the dressing with the potatoes to coat them. Sprinkle the potato mixture with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil, and bake the potatoes for 25–40 minutes. Remove the foil, stir the potatoes, and then bake them uncovered for 15–20 minutes, stirring once more, until golden.

Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3–4 drops of lemon essential oil
Mix all ingredients together with an electric hand mixer until smooth. Serve with your choice of fresh fruits.

Vegetable Dip with dōTERRA Basil and Oregano Essential Oil

1 clove garlic, peeled finely minced
2 green onions or 1/2 small onion, finely minced
2 baby carrots, minced
1/2 red bell pepper, minced
1 cup sour cream (regular or light)
1 cup mayonnaise (regular or light)
Dash salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 drop doterra oregano oil (use a toothpick dipped into the essential oil then stir into the dip) or more to taste- this is super strong so be careful only do a tiny bit at a time.
1/2 drop doterra basil oil (use a toothpick dipped into the essential oil then stir into the dip) or more to taste
Fresh basil for garnish. Mix all ingredients. Chill before serving.

  • 2 cups black beans, rinsed and drain
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 oranges, peel and sliced to bite-size
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 drops doTERRA wild orange essential oil (or more to taste)
  • 2 drops doTERRA cilantro essential oil (or more to taste)
Gently mix ingredients together with a spoon. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 dozen eggs – Hard boiled
  • 3-4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Chik-Fil-A Sauce (can substitute for Mustard)
  • 4 Tbsp. Finely Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. Diced Green Onion
  • ½-1 drop dōTERRA Dill Essential Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Dash of Paprika as Garnish
Directions:
Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks into a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients with yolks and stir well. Spoon or pipe yolk filling back into egg whites and garnish with paprika.

3-Ingredient Dill and Cream Cheese Roast Beef Wraps

Ingredients:
  • 1 package of deli thin-sliced roast beef
  • 1 box cream cheese
  • 1 drop doTERRA dill essential oil
Directions:
Whip room-temperature cream cheese with 1 drop dill oil
Spread thin strip of cream cheese blend on slice of roast beef
Cut down the middle of the roast beef with sharp knife to yield 2 semicircles of roast beef with cream cheese spread
Fold over one side of the roast beef and wrap second side over for wrapped appearance (toothpick optional)
Chill in refrigerator
Serve cool for a quick and easy appetizer!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup chopped fresh basil (or 1  drop of doTERRA Basil Essential Oil, 2 drops if you like strong basil flavor)
  • 1 tsp. of minced garlic (more if you plan on adding 2 drops of Basil oil)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. of Feta cheese
  • 2 tsp. sun-dried tomato paste
  • Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
  1. Blend spinach, basil, and garlic. Gradually add in Olive oil and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
  2. Blend cream cheese and feta cheese in separate medium size bowl
  3. Combine all ingredients together and add cayenne pepper to taste for a little kick. Feel free to add extra garlic as well.
  4. Place in a container or mold into a cheese ball. Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Serve with crackers or spread over toasted bread.
